Submission Strategy Guidance... Our staff provides any guidance and/or other assistance necessary during the course development process to maximize the potential for approval in every jurisdiction at no additional charge.
Development of Course Presentation Outlines... At your option, we will develop a course presentation outline based on any insurance industry topic you select to meet your specific educational needs. Charges will be on a case by case basis.
Course Provider Approvals... We will prepare the necessary applications for new course providers to secure the required approvals in each jurisdiction at no additional charge if contracted in conjunction with the submission of a course offering.
Course Submissions... We will assemble all course materials, prepare a detailed course summary, complete each state approval application (including CFP, CPCU, & PACE), attach all required documentation, and develop a course submission packet that adheres to each entity’s specific requirements.
NASBA Approvals... Saenger has the expertise and experience necessary to secure CPE course provider approval for your company with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA); this is the organization that manages the continuing education function for CPAs.
Course Instructor Approvals... Our staff will complete all state applications and assemble the required documentation necessary to secure approvals for your instructors to teach approved continuing education courses in each jurisdiction.
State Bar Association Approvals... At your request, we have the capabilities necessary to secure course approvals from the various State Bar Associations thus enabling your company to grant MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) credits for your courses.
Tracking and Reporting... Saenger will track all provider, course, and instructor submissions in each jurisdiction. All approval tracking reports are available to clients online through a secured, password protected, site which reflects “real-time” data.
